Mediation

In an era of unprecedented business disruptions, timely dispute resolution is critical. In-person, virtual or hybrid mediation with an experienced mediator provides an effective alternative to protracted litigation. At Pentacles, mediation is not limited to just a few hours or a day-long session. It's a process—one at which our mediators and case managers excel. We work diligently every step of the way—from pre-mediation calls and preparation to post-mediation follow-up—toward helping all parties arrive at the best possible outcome to their dispute.

Advocates for Veterans

Applying for disability benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) can be a long, complicated process. In order to stand a chance against the giant bureaucracy, you need to be prepared and organized. Let us help. We help veterans and their families throughout the United States obtain the disability benefits they are entitled to from the VA. Once a claim for benefits has been denied, or you disagree with the disability rating the VA has awarded, then Pentacles Legal Group can begin representing you. If you don’t win, your lawyer won’t receive any payment.

Social Security Disability

You spend your working years contributing to Social Security so you'll have income after you retire. But did you know you may also qualify for Social Security Disability Benefits if you become disabled before you retire? If you are injured, sick or suffer from any physical or mental medical problem that leaves you unable to work, you may be entitled to Social Security benefits. It won't cost you anything to see if we can help. Our attorneys are very knowledgeable about the process and will be able to save you time and stress through this lengthy process. Don't take the chance of missing out on the benefits you deserve, let us help you. In addition to adult disability cases, we also represent children. If you don't win your disability claim, you don't pay.

EEOC

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC") governs Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Federal law prohibits discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, pregnancy and national origin. The law also prohibits retaliation because an employee complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit. If an employee believes they have been the subject of employment discrimination or retaliation, they may file a charge of discrimination with the EEOC. The EEOC has the authority to investigate charges of discrimination against employers who are covered by the law. The EEOC’s role is to fairly and accurately assess the allegations in the charge and then make a finding. We represent employees at EEOC mediations and throughout the entire EEOC process.
